An Arts Project to replace a number of old street banners with a set of new vibrant banners which reflect the local community and its social and support groups.
The local community were consulted and photographed for this project. Their personal input and collaboration have been pivotal to the success of the project.
The banners will be launched on Harmony Day 20th March 2010 at a local community festival.
The reverse side of each banner depicts the art work of the children of three schools in the area the students of which entered a competition to have their work selected for the project.
